INSIGHT VS INTELLECT

First of all let us understand the basic difference between insight and intellect.

Insight is the capacity to gain an accurate and deep understanding of someone or something. Whereas intellect means the ability of reasoning and understanding objectively, especially with regard to abstract matters.
Insight is not about concreted amount of knowledge. Insight is certain level of perception that whatever happens you are able to see better than the people around you.
Insight doesn't mean you have some amount of knowledge on something that others don't have right now. Now they might not be aware of it but tomorrow they might know better than you.
The most important thing we should do is to sharpen our abilities so that we can always see something better than others do. A whole lot of people do not become better with wealth,knowledge and power with respect to time instead they become worse than they were simply because they didn't stay ahead of other things growing around them.
People tends to become better when they fail.
People should become better with success not with failures.
People learn from failures when they feel humiliated. Instead you should be better than what you were yesterday. We should put our energies and attention to what is within us. This has been proved scientifically that only when you're in a pleasant mood
your body and your mind work at its best.
Just look at anything around you everything portrays extraordinary intelligence if there were no intelligence in air,water,soil and space then there would be no existence of this cosmic world. we must focus on what is within us.
Therefore insight is a capability beyond intellect.
